Until recently, The Philippines, the Vatican City, and this European country were the only three in the world to not have legislation permitting divorce (not surprisingly, all of them are of a Roman Catholic disposition).

In a referendum held recently, citizens of the third country have voted in favour of legalising divorce. Which country?
