David Nalbandian, the Argentine tennis player. In the final of the 2012 AEGON (Queen's Club) tournament against Marin Cilic, he kicked an advertising panel in frustration after his serve was broken. This hit a linesman, even causing a bleed.
Nalbandian was disqualified immediately.
