The naming of the trophy played for by the Indian and English Test cricket teams. The last time this series was held in England, it was announced that a trophy in honour of the Pataudis would serve as the prize. In the recently concluded version in India, the BCCI held it was still named after Anthony D'Mello, a former administrator. This resulted in Sharmila Tagore asking for some clarity.
