In 2011, this country stopped import of any cars except of the electric type. In its bid to eventually become a "zero emission" country, it signed a deal with Nissan in 2014 to supply its "Leaf" electric cars for all government cars and taxis. Nissan will also supply about fifty charging stations which should cover the entire country.
