The Supreme Court of Pakistan on 8th September 2015 directed federal and provincial governments to take an action. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Jawwad S Khawaja directed the government to fulfil its constitutional obligation. It was mentioned: In the governance of the federation and the provinces there is hardly any necessity for [something] which cannot be understood by the public at large. A lot of time is spent in deciphering which is absurd.
