The citizens of this country were very upset when President Obama used the wrong adjective to describe Auschwitz, the notorious Nazi concentration camp in May 2012. This occured during a ceremony to honour Jan Karski, who was part of the country's resistance during World War II, with a Presidential medal of freedom.
